Role Overview:

Siddha Privacy, Inc. seeks a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead the integration of traditional finance with autonomous financial systems. In this role, you will drive technological innovation, guiding the development of our smart contract-based settlement platform. Your leadership will accelerate our ability to deliver faster, more cost-effective, and highly secure financial solutions for businesses.

As CTO, you will shape and execute the strategy for integrating Siddha’s cutting-edge blockchain interoperability solutions with legacy financial systems. Your mission: to ensure secure, scalable, and efficient connectivity, leveraging AI-driven tools to streamline development.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership: Drive the development and integration of Siddha’s blockchain interoperability solutions, ensuring secure and scalable connections between traditional finance systems and autonomous financial networks.

Platform Architecture & Integration: Oversee the architecture of our smart contract-based settlement platform, emphasizing seamless integration with existing financial infrastructures. Optimize the system for speed, cost-efficiency, and security.

AI-Accelerated Development: Leverage AI tools to enhance development velocity, focusing on automating testing, deployment, and optimization processes across blockchain and traditional financial systems.

Technical Roadmap Execution: Develop and execute the technical roadmap, aligning with business objectives, and ensuring product features like the Atomic Oracle and Emulator Bridge are deployed effectively. Prioritize scalability to handle billions in transaction volumes.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Head of Product to shape product strategy, ensuring that technological capabilities align with market needs and customer feedback. Act as a bridge between technical and non-technical teams, translating complex ideas into actionable plans.

Team Leadership & Development: Mentor and manage engineering leaders, fostering a culture of innovation, inclusion, and high performance. Implement Agile practices and ensure continuous improvement in coding standards and cybersecurity protocols.

Required Qualifications

Blockchain Expertise: Proven experience in designing and scaling high-volume blockchain solutions, particularly those managing billions in transaction volumes and significant revenue streams. Experience with cross-chain technologies and liquidity solutions.

Hands-On Engineering Leadership: Minimum 7 years of experience as a CTO in high-growth environments, leading teams through agile transformations and delivering scalable solutions.

AI-Driven Development: Strong track record of leveraging AI-based tools for rapid prototyping and process automation, reducing time-to-market for blockchain and financial applications.

Deep Financial Acumen: Strong understanding of P and L management and financial levers within the engineering team. Experience in optimizing cost structures while maintaining high levels of innovation and security.

Cybersecurity Expertise: Demonstrated ability to implement best-in-class security practices, with a focus on safeguarding blockchain protocols and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Exceptional Communication Skills: Ability to articulate complex technical concepts to stakeholders and align engineering goals with strategic business objectives. Proven ability to lead through influence in cross-disciplinary teams.

Prototyping and Product Testing: Proficiency in developing and testing blockchain solutions, including smart contracts and API design, to validate concepts quickly and iteratively.
