Call Center Representative (Remote)

Job Summary:

As a Call Center Representative, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional customer service via phone, email, or chat. Your goal is to ensure customer satisfaction, build loyalty, and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Answer customer calls, emails, or chats in a timely and professional manner.
2. Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide accurate information about products or services.
3. Utilize software and systems to manage customer interactions, track issues, and update records.
4. Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues to supervisors or specialized teams.
5. Process customer orders, returns, or exchanges as needed.
6. Upsell or cross-sell products/services to meet sales targets.
7. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM software.
8. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, promotions, and policies.
9. Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., sales, technical support) to resolve customer issues.
10. Meet or exceed performance metrics (e.g., first-call resolution, customer satisfaction).
11. Participate in training and coaching sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.

Additional Compensation:

• Pay: $13.00 per hour + CSR Performance Bonus Program.
• Commissions: 4% of sold service calls.
• Bonus: Up to $910 a month.
• Anticipated annual income: $24,440.00 plus commissions.
