  • Content Mastery: Skilled in crafting and executing content strategies across multiple platforms, including social media, blogs, and email campaigns.

  • Digital Marketing Skills: Proficiency in SEO, paid advertising, email marketing, and social media, with a strong grasp of platforms ideal for B2B marketing, such as LinkedIn.

  • Lead Generation: Ability to implement effective demand-gen tactics and nurture long-term relationships that convert to sales.

  • Analytical Acumen: Strong capability to utilize data in optimizing campaigns and achieving key performance metrics.

  • Leadership and Collaboration: Experience in leading marketing initiatives and teams, working closely with sales, product development, and customer success to ensure cohesive brand messaging and strategy.

What You’ll Do:

  • Develop Marketing Strategies: Craft and implement strategies to enhance brand awareness, generate leads, and drive growth.

  • Enhance B2B Efforts: Utilize your expertise to identify effective channels and partnerships that boost market presence and penetration.

  • Lead Multi-Channel Marketing: Oversee and refine content creation, ensuring it aligns with our brand voice and meets market needs.

  • Build and Mentor Teams: Assemble and lead a marketing team that is driven, knowledgeable, and aligned with our strategic goals.

  • Optimize Marketing Funnels: Design persona-driven funnels to efficiently move leads through the sales process, shortening cycle times.

  • Forge Strategic Partnerships: Collaborate with agencies, influencers, and other stakeholders to broaden our outreach and impact.

  • Monitor and Adjust Campaigns: Set key performance indicators (KPIs), track marketing effectiveness, and iterate strategies based on analytical insights.

Compensation:

This is an equity-oriented position with no initial salary. Compensation will commence following our upcoming funding rounds, with significant growth potential both professionally and financially.
