We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. The intern will assist with various HR functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, onboarding, and administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment Support:
Assist in posting job ads, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
Help manage the candidate pipeline and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
Participate in the onboarding process, ensuring new hires have a smooth start.
Employee Relations:
- Serve as a point of contact for general HR-related inquiries from employees.
HR Administration:
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
Assist with preparing HR documents such as offer letters, employment contracts, and performance appraisals.
Help in preparing reports on HR metrics, such as turnover rates, employee satisfaction, etc.
Policy and Compliance:
Help ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Assist in the communication and enforcement of company policies.
Qualifications:
Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. [NOT MANDATORY]
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
