Hopstack's advanced digital warehouse software closes the operational visibility and execution control gap between an ERP and a legacy WMS. The Digital warehouse platform also provides out-of-the-box warehouse hardware and software integrations and customizable operational workflows for receiving, putting, picking, packing, sorting, and shipping. The Platform functions as a single point of control for all warehouse operations enabling intelligent control and execution with its built-in AI capabilities. Furthermore, Hopstack's software empowers businesses to gain granular visibility and control of their warehouse operations, eliminate chokepoints and improve fulfillment throughput without scaling costs.
What We’re Looking For:
We are looking for a hands-on, methodical Product Marketer with a track record of executing and scaling marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing multiple marketing tools and platforms, and they should be comfortable taking ownership of projects from start to finish.
- Methodical and Hands-On: You are detail-oriented and enjoy working through processes methodically, from setup to scaling.
- Full Ownership of Projects: You’ve taken ownership of marketing initiatives in past roles, managing end-to-end processes independently or with minimal support.
- Startup or Small Team Experience: You’ve thrived in an environment where you wear multiple hats and manage multiple aspects of the marketing function.
- B2B SaaS Product or Growth Marketer: We are looking for someone with background in B2B SaaS product marketing or growth marketing.
Duties And Responsibilities:
- Website Management (Webflow Preferred): Manage and maintain our website, ensuring a smooth and optimized user experience. Experience with Webflow or similar CMS tools is highly preferred.
- CRM Management (HubSpot Preferred): Work with CRM platforms to segment audiences, track engagement, and optimize marketing funnels. HubSpot experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Email Marketing Campaigns: Create, execute, and scale email marketing campaigns using email automation tools. You’ll be responsible for everything from campaign setup to performance tracking.
- Automation Tools (Zapier, Make): Use automation tools to streamline marketing operations and improve campaign efficiency. This includes setting up integrations and automated workflows to drive growth.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyze marketing data to inform strategies and improve campaign performance. You will be responsible for both execution and continuous optimization of our marketing processes.
- SEO Management (Ahrefs Preferred): Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve organic search visibility. Use tools like Ahrefs to analyze keyword performance, optimize on-page SEO, and track backlink growth.
- Backlinks and Guest Posting: Identify and collaborate with other websites for backlinking opportunities and guest posting to enhance domain authority and increase referral traffic.
- Paid Campaigns: Plan, implement, and optimize paid digital campaigns across various channels (Google Ads, social media, etc.) to drive traffic and conversions. Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies to maximize ROI.
What We're Not Looking For:
- Only Strategic or Theoretical Experience: We are not looking for someone who has only worked at a strategic level. This is a hands-on role, and you’ll be expected to execute.
- Experience in Large Teams with Narrow Focus: If you’ve only worked on isolated parts of a marketing project within a large team, this role isn’t the right fit. We need someone who has worked in small teams or independently, managing various aspects of marketing.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in website management, preferably with Webflow.
- Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot, but other platforms are also welcome.
- Strong knowledge of email marketing tools and experience in creating scalable campaigns.
- Proficiency in automation platforms like Zapier or Make to streamline marketing processes.
- Excellent project management skills and ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Analytical mindset and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
