QA Engineer (Manual Testing)

Autonomize AI is seeking a highly motivated, driven Software QA Engineer (Manual Testing) to join our team on a journey to help organizations scale across the globe.

About the Role
We're looking for a dedicated Manual Tester to join our team. As a key member of our Quality Assurance team, you'll be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products. You'll work closely with developers, product managers, and other QA professionals to identify the defects, ensuring a seamless user experience.

Must-have Technical Competencies:

• 3-4 years of experience in manual testing
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to create detailed and comprehensive test cases
• Experience with defect tracking and management tools
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies

Nice to have:

• Experience with automation testing tools (e.g., Selenium)
• Knowledge of SQL and database testing
• Experience testing web applications and APIs
• Exposure to performance testing and load testing
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Preferred Qualifications:
• Certification in software testing (e.g., ISTQB Certified Tester - Foundation Level)
• Experience with various testing types (e.g., functional, regression, integration, system)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Education and experience requirements may vary depending on the company and position, but a bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Sales or a related field and several years of experience in scaling a B2B Product sales organization is required.
