About Binance Accelerator Program Binance Accelerator Program is a concise fixed-term program designed for Early Career Talent to have an immersive experience in the rapidly expanding Web3 space. You will be given the opportunity to experience life at Binance and understand what goes on behind the scenes of the worlds’ leading blockchain ecosystem. Alongside your job, there will also be a focus on networking and development, which will expand your professional network and build transferable skills to propel you forward in your career. Responsibilities
- You'll be hands-on to improve the onboarding experience for all Binance users
- Own end-to-end design projects, participate in weekly design critiques, and work closely with engineers and other stakeholders to ensure a high-quality implementation
- Pay attention to the current status of the product experience, actively discover experience problems, and continuously improve the experience through research
Requirements
- A portfolio of your design work that showcases your design process, conceptual ability, and examples in communicating design
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity, tight deadlines, and shifting requirements
- Ability to turn complicated ideas into compelling, easy-to-understand visuals
- Ability to express ideas through visuals and prototyping (Binance uses Figma)
- Fluent in English
