What you'll do:
- Develop and draft content in all formats including press releases, media pitches, briefing documents, Q&A and more
- Assist Communications team in working with a range of business and marketing leaders on the inception, development and execution of media and partner marketing strategies
- Work collaboratively with creative and legal partners on developing content.
- Aid the development of proprietary data-driven industry reports that add value to industry conversation
- Support other functions of the marketing team, including editorial, regional marketing, events and others
- Develop measurement tracker for coverage reports and weekly updates
- Source new storylines for communications and editorial team
Who you are:
- We are looking for a strategic thinker, writer and obsessive news consumer with 3-5+ years of experience
- Eagerness to learn and bring new ideas to a growing team
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to connect tactical pieces to the success of a big picture program
- Effective time management skills and ability to prioritize
- Desire to be part of a fast-moving, hyper-growth company

The actual amount may differ based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and location. All employees may be eligible to become The Trade Desk shareholders through eligibility for stock-based compensation grants, which are awarded to employees based on company and individual performance. The Trade Desk also offers other compensation depending on the role such as sales-based incentives and commissions. Plus, expected benefits for this role include comprehensive healthcare (medical, dental, and vision) with premiums paid in full for employees and dependents, retirement benefits such as a 401k plan and company match, short and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance, well-being benefits, reimbursement for certain tuition expenses, parental leave, sick time of 1 hour per 30 hours worked, vacation time for full-time employees up to 120 hours thru the first year and 160 hours thereafter, and around 13 paid holidays per year. At the Trade Desk, Base Salary is one part of our competitive total compensation and benefits package and is determined using a salary range. The base salary range for this role is$63,500—$116,500 USD
