We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Head of Sales to sell our innovative loyalty and analytics service to insurance companies. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of closing deals and a deep understanding of the personal insurance market (home/auto), with strong connectivity to decision-makers.
(MUST HAVE PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE SELLING TO INSURANCE COMPANIES)
Key Responsibilities:
-Create and develop a pipeline of insurance companies, converting prospects into customers for our loyalty and savings platform.
-Identify key decision-makers within target organizations and understand the process to execute deals effectively.
-Perform initial sales calls to introduce our product, progressing to contract negotiations and execution with insurers.
-You will have the flexibility to leverage creativity in structuring agreements and negotiating terms that align with both parties' objectives.
Skills Required:
-Negotiation and communication prowess
-Emotional intelligence and relationship-building
-Creativity in approach and flexibility during negotiations
-Understanding of sales strategies to partner with insurers
Qualifications:
