About the job

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Head of Sales to sell our innovative loyalty and analytics service to insurance companies. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of closing deals and a deep understanding of the personal insurance market (home/auto), with strong connectivity to decision-makers.

(MUST HAVE PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE SELLING TO INSURANCE COMPANIES)

Key Responsibilities:

-Create and develop a pipeline of insurance companies, converting prospects into customers for our loyalty and savings platform.
-Identify key decision-makers within target organizations and understand the process to execute deals effectively.
-Perform initial sales calls to introduce our product, progressing to contract negotiations and execution with insurers.
-You will have the flexibility to leverage creativity in structuring agreements and negotiating terms that align with both parties' objectives.

Skills Required:

-Negotiation and communication prowess
-Emotional intelligence and relationship-building
-Creativity in approach and flexibility during negotiations
-Understanding of sales strategies to partner with insurers

Qualifications:

-Established connectivity with decision makers in personal insurance (home/auto).
-Great negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships.
-Creative problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to sales strategy development.
-Willingness to learn about our product and its application in the insurance market.

Our solution empowers policyholders to earn cash rewards on everyday purchases with any Visa/Mastercard, helping them reduce insurance costs enhancing loyalty for insurers. In the process, we capture valuable transaction data that can be monetized and mined for analytics.

Scope

This role has the potential for equity and also to become full time for the right candidate.
