As our Employee Benefits & Perks Advisor, you will provide expert guidance and strategic advice to our executive team, helping to shape and optimize our business strategies, operations, and overall growth trajectory.

Responsibilities:
Serve as a trusted advisor to the executive team, offering strategic guidance and insights to help drive the company's growth and success.
Provide expert advice on business strategy, market analysis, competitive landscape, and industry trends.
Assist in the development and execution of the company's overall strategic plans and initiatives.
Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify potential risks, opportunities, and areas for improvement within the company's operations and business processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement innovative solutions that drive efficiency, scalability, and profitability.
Provide mentorship and coaching to the executive team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
Build and maintain a strong network of industry experts to leverage for the benefit of the company.
Actively participate in key decision-making processes, offering valuable input based on your expertise and industry knowledge.
Commitment:
As an advisor, we anticipate your engagement to be between 5 to 15 hours per month.
Requirements:
Deep understanding of Employee Benefits and Perks landscape with a proven background selling into large and medium enterprise companies.
Strong business acumen and ability to think strategically, with a knack for identifying opportunities and mitigating risks.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and
influence stakeholders at all levels.
