We are looking for a Senior Growth Organization Manager to join and lead our fully remote team of Client Partners here at Modus Create.

Position Overview
The Senior Growth Organization Manager will be responsible for driving business growth, ensuring the success of client solutioning and engagements, and leading the sales and client account management team. This role involves managing 10 to 15 mid and senior-level sales and account managers who handle a diverse and global client base. The Senior Growth Organization Manager will ensure the team meets or exceeds revenue growth targets, fosters a high-performance culture, and delivers exceptional client service.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Management:
Build, lead, mentor, and develop a team of 10 to 15 mid and senior-level sales and account managers, promoting a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Support Sales and Client Partners with training and knowledge-sharing opportunities.
Monitor & manage performance against goals through regular one-on-ones and performance reports.
Refine roles and responsibilities of the team against the books of business.
In partnership with the People and Culture team, work on incentive plans for the team.
Revenue Growth & Account Management:
Drive the team to achieve or exceed revenue growth targets for each client account (aim at YoY at least 20% growth from existing accounts).
Develop and execute strategic account plans to expand business opportunities within existing client accounts and identify new business prospects
Analyze sales data and trends to identify areas of opportunity.
Collaborate with the Consulting Practice Leads and Marketing team to develop proposals and presentations
Support Client Partners during the deal negotiation process.
Implement a growth programme.
Define client onboarding processes, communication plans and QBRs.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, acting as an escalation point and ensuring client needs are met effectively.
Develop a deep understanding of clients’ business objectives and challenges.
Advocate for client needs within the organization to drive continuous improvement.
Strategic Planning & Collaboration:
Partner with Practice Leads, Directors, and Partner Managers to align on account growth goals and deliverables.
Facilitate communication between Sales and Client Partners and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery.
Work closely with other departments, including Practice Leads, Marketing, Delivery, and Operations to ensure client satisfaction and service delivery.
Reporting & Analytics:
Oversee the preparation of regular reports on account performance, client satisfaction, and revenue growth, presenting insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
Ensure there is good HubSpot hygiene for all deals.
Collaborate with the finance team to monitor account performance, addressing any financial discrepancies promptly.
Manage and maintain CRM tools and processes for existing accounts, ensuring data accuracy and relevance.
Produce sales reporting, including rep leaderboard, executive dashboard, and sales forecast.
Budget & Resource Management:
Manage budgets and resource allocation for the client account management team, ensuring cost-effective operations while achieving revenue targets.
Market Analysis:
Stay updated with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and threats, adjusting strategies accordingly.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Technology, or a related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in account management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the technology consulting industry.
Proven track record of achieving revenue growth targets and managing high-performing teams.
Strong understanding of technology consulting services and solutions.
Solid knowledge of standard financial concepts (budget, revenue, gross margin, EBITDA, average billing rate) and how they articulate with sales and operations.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute effective account management strategies.
Proficient in Hubspot CRM software, Jira, PowerBi, Excel and other relevant tools.
Ability to travel as required to meet with global clients and team members.**
