About the job

As a Strategic Solution Consultant, you will be a critical member of our GTM organization partnereing closely with sales and business development. You will have an opportunity to work with leading Fortune 500 customers as they explore GenAI Use cases while providing critical feedback to the product and marketing teams to help grow our business in a collaborative environment.

Core Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with enterprise customers to deliver high-impact demonstrations around 10x personalized content creation and velocity.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success in a hands-on manner with customers through pilots and proof of technology, and provide technical guidance.
  • Track progress of use cases and customer outcomes, providing a strong point-of-view and perspective.
  • Support a partner ecosystem including large technology partnerships such as Google, Salesforce and Microsoft as well as System Integrators and Creative Agencies.
  • Serve as the “voice of the customer” and provide regular feedback to product and engineering teams to iterate on product and inform our product roadmap.
  • Codify best practices, develop an effective process to scale and help build out the team.

Minimum Qualifications

  • At least 6-8 years in pre-sales, delivery, solution architecture and/or customer success roles in a MarTech SaaS, agency, or systems integrator.
  • Understanding or experience of common GenAI models and concepts
  • Track record of helping to technically deliver solutions around marketing use cases (eg. CRM, Customer Journeys, Paid Media, Personalization, Digital Asset Management, SEO).
  • Reputation of being “customer centric” with a deep understanding of the customers’ needs along with ability to navigate large, complex enterprises through change management.
  • Previous experience at early-stage, venture-backed start-up.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Computer Science, or a comparable field.
  • In-depth understanding of MarTech SaaS products and services, with experience in B2B sales.
  • Strong problem solver who is a self-starter, proactive and works collaboratively with others.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and project management skills willing to advocate on behalf of your clients.

The OTE compensation range for this role is $190,000-$250,000.
