Prospects include the Head of AML, the Head of Sanctions, and the Head of Payments Risk Management. You thrive in cross-functional teams and can collaborate with key stakeholders to generate measurable business outcomes. Your passion for combating financial crimes fuels your motivation to grow market presence and revenue for financial crime risk management solutions that address use cases such as KYC, Customer Due Diligence, AML, Sanctions, and Adverse Media screening, monitoring, and investigations.

What a great candidate looks like:

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS solutions marketing, product marketing, or related fields, focusing on the risk management function in financial services organizations
  • Experience with compliance, security, and/or technology solutions
  • Deep understanding of risk management processes and the challenges financial institutions face in combating financial crime risks
  • Strong communication skills with experience being an active thought leader with the risk management audience and a spokesperson for solutions at events
  • Proven track record of collaborating with product management, customer success, and sales to develop and validate solution offerings
  • Expertise in defining and leading targeted solution-to-market plans, with market research, competitive intelligence, messaging and positioning, product pricing, packaging, and launch plans to generate demand and drive revenue growth
  • Experience engaging with key analyst firms to position Quantifind solutions favorably and drive buyer engagement within the financial services industry
  • Skilled at creating product and sales collateral, case studies, and thought leadership content
  • Data-driven mindset, focusing on measuring and optimizing the performance of solution-to-market plans

The Opportunity We Offer

As the Director of Solutions Marketing for Financial Crimes Risk Management, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of Quantifind’s offerings. You will be responsible for:

  • Solution Thought Leadership and Positioning: Craft in-depth solution messaging and positioning that clearly articulate the unique value of Quantifind’s solutions for risk management teams in financial services
  • Solution Packaging and Pricing:

    • Lead the naming and pricing strategy (determine the pricing model, e.g., subscription, per-user, per-transaction, or one-time fee based on customer needs, market conditions, and competitive offerings.
    • Tiered Offerings: If applicable, create different pricing tiers or packages based on varying service levels or features (e.g., Basic, Standard, Premium).
    • Discounts and Incentives: Develop promotional offers, discounts, or bundling strategies to incentivize early adopters or bulk purchases.
  • Solution-To-Market Plan: Lead the development and execution of the solution-to-marketing plan, ensuring close alignment with product and sales teams.

  • Analyst Relations: Collaborating with analyst firms to position Quantifind’s risk intelligence solutions for the risk management teams in banking and investment

  • Content Creation: Manage the creation of sales collateral, case studies, and thought leadership content that supports sales efforts and customer engagement.

  • Lead generation: Be an input point for campaigns and digital marketing strategies

  • Performance Tracking: You will be expected to influence a set revenue target for the opportunity pipeline and metrics, such as qualified lead generation from relevant events, that lead to this outcome.

The base salary range for this full-time position is $165,000-220,000. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location, and the range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location, role-related knowledge and skills, depth of experience, relevant education or training, and additional role-related considerations.
