About the job

The Sales/Business Development Rep position is responsible for prospecting, sales automation, sales funnel management, and key account management for a well funded Fin Tech startup. We are looking for a motivated and hardworking individual with experience using HubSpot, Linked In Sales Navigator, Apollo, and/or Expandi.

Responsibilities:

  • Prospect potential clients by researching and identifying potential opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients.
  • Utilize sales automation tools to streamline and improve sales process.
  • Monitor sales funnel to ensure accurate and timely follow up.
  • Manage key accounts and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Provide data and insights to the sales team to enable informed decisions.
  • Other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field
  • 2-5 years of sales experience
  • Experience in sales automation tools (HubSpot, Linked In Sales Navigator, Apollo, and/or Expandi)
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
  • Participate in trade shows, conferences, and other industry events.
  • Work with the marketing team to develop and execute lead generation strategies.
  • Analyze customer data to identify trends and develop insights for sales team.
  • Assist with sales forecasting, budgeting, and reporting.
