Job Description:

This role will focus on creating, managing, and optimizing Google Ads and Meta/Facebook ad campaigns, as well as overseeing social media management strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Digital Advertising Management:

  • Develop comprehensive digital advertising strategies for Google Ads and Meta/Facebook platforms
  • Create, manage, and optimize ad campaigns across multiple channels
  • Implement advanced targeting techniques to reach US-based audiences effectively
  • Conduct A/B testing to improve ad performance and ROI
  • Monitor campaign budgets and adjust bids to maximize performance
  • Stay updated on the latest digital advertising trends, features, and best practices

Social Media Management:

  • Develop and implement social media strategies for clients across various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn)
  • Create engaging content calendars tailored to US audiences
  • Manage daily posting and community engagement on social media accounts
  • Collaborate with content creators and designers to produce high-quality visual content
  • Monitor social media trends and adjust strategies accordingly

Analytics and Reporting:

  • Use analytics tools to track campaign performance and social media metrics
  • Prepare detailed reports on campaign performance, ROI, and key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Provide data-driven insights and recommendations for improvement
  • Present results and strategies to clients and internal stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in digital advertising, with a focus on Google Ads and Meta/Facebook ad platforms
  • Proven track record of managing successful digital ad campaigns
  • Strong understanding of US market trends, consumer behavior, and cultural nuances
  • Advanced knowledge of social media platforms, their algorithms, and best practices
  • Excellent analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making
  • Proficiency in English (written and verbal) with exceptional communication skills
  • Ability to work during hours that overlap with US time zones
  • Excellent project management and multitasking abilities

Required Technical Skills:

  • Google Ads (Search, Display, Video)
  • Meta Ads Manager (Facebook & Instagram)
  • Google Analytics and Facebook Pixel
  • Social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Google Ads and Facebook Blueprint certifications
  • Experience with other digital advertising platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Ads, Twitter Ads)
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM systems
  • Knowledge of SEO principles and their application in social media and content strategies
  • Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva)
