Job Description:
This role will focus on creating, managing, and optimizing Google Ads and Meta/Facebook ad campaigns, as well as overseeing social media management strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Digital Advertising Management:
- Develop comprehensive digital advertising strategies for Google Ads and Meta/Facebook platforms
- Create, manage, and optimize ad campaigns across multiple channels
- Implement advanced targeting techniques to reach US-based audiences effectively
- Conduct A/B testing to improve ad performance and ROI
- Monitor campaign budgets and adjust bids to maximize performance
- Stay updated on the latest digital advertising trends, features, and best practices
Social Media Management:
- Develop and implement social media strategies for clients across various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn)
- Create engaging content calendars tailored to US audiences
- Manage daily posting and community engagement on social media accounts
- Collaborate with content creators and designers to produce high-quality visual content
- Monitor social media trends and adjust strategies accordingly
Analytics and Reporting:
- Use analytics tools to track campaign performance and social media metrics
- Prepare detailed reports on campaign performance, ROI, and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Provide data-driven insights and recommendations for improvement
- Present results and strategies to clients and internal stakeholders
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in digital advertising, with a focus on Google Ads and Meta/Facebook ad platforms
- Proven track record of managing successful digital ad campaigns
- Strong understanding of US market trends, consumer behavior, and cultural nuances
- Advanced knowledge of social media platforms, their algorithms, and best practices
- Excellent analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making
- Proficiency in English (written and verbal) with exceptional communication skills
- Ability to work during hours that overlap with US time zones
- Excellent project management and multitasking abilities
Required Technical Skills:
- Google Ads (Search, Display, Video)
- Meta Ads Manager (Facebook & Instagram)
- Google Analytics and Facebook Pixel
- Social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Google Ads and Facebook Blueprint certifications
- Experience with other digital advertising platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Ads, Twitter Ads)
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM systems
- Knowledge of SEO principles and their application in social media and content strategies
- Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva)
