Looking out for Pre-Sales rockstars who understand the Ori offerings/capabilities and the problems that these offerings can solve for Enterprises in each industry.
As a Associate - Pre Sales and Solution Consulting, You will act as instrumental in defining the sales strategy for regions and executing on the same to meet the individual, team and organizational goals with strategic mindset, analytical and strong stakeholder management skills to close deals from start to finish. This role plays a crucial role to enable faster client acquisition and achieve revenue growth targets.
Key Requirements:-
- Creating solution proposals, vision presentations and ideate solution architecture for the deployment of the conversational AI solutions.
- Understand customer technical requirements and work with partners and customers to align solutions.
- Identify, recruit, retain, develop & manage new channel partners in order to grow business across geographies.
- Effectively onboard new partners and get them up to speed with our products as fast as possible.
- Develop business opportunities with potential and existing partners to sell to the end customers collaboratively.
- Effectively develop and enhance the partner playbook.
- Take responsibility for achieving business results and set sales targets.
Our ideal candidate should have:-
- Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in technology or related fields from a T1/T2 institute.
- A minimum of 1+ years of previous work experience in Sales / Pre-Sales / Solution Architecture in Conversational AI companies or contact center companies.
- The ability to solve complex business problems and concepts and make disciplined decisions based on the available information.
- Detailed understanding of the contact center landscape is a must.
- Good with making presentations and creating ROI matrix.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on results and outcomes.
- Exceptional communication skills and copywriting skills to collaborate effectively with different departmental teams and develop winning presentations.
- Excellent negotiation, time management and organizational skills.
- Proven ability to understand client pain points and propose solutions accordingly.
