• Manage job postings on LinkedIn and other platforms, actively reaching out to potential candidates.
• Participate in HR meetings, contributing to the development of HR strategies and employee engagement initiatives.

Qualifications:-

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Keen interest in HR and recruitment processes.
• Proficiency in using job portals and LinkedIn is a plus.
• A positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
