Job Description
We are seeking a Performance Marketer with 2 to 3 years of experience in B2B marketing. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of performance marketing strategies, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to optimize campaigns across various digital channels.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Management: Develop, implement, and manage performance marketing campaigns across multiple channels (PPC, social media, email, etc.).
Analytics & Reporting: Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools to drive data-driven decisions.
Optimization: Continuously optimize campaigns for better performance, including A/B testing of creatives and landing pages.
Budget Management: Manage budgets effectively to ensure maximum ROI on marketing spend.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (content, design, sales) to ensure alignment on campaign goals and messaging.
Qualifications
- 2 to 3 years of experience in performance marketing or related fields, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, or similar platforms.
- Familiarity with PPC platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads) and email marketing tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration.
