Job Description
We are seeking an Outreach Manager with 2 to 3 years of experience in B2B marketing. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional writing and copywriting skills, along with a strong understanding of outreach tools such as HubSpot, Brevo, Mailchimp, Mailmodo, Zerobounce, Unbounce, WhatsApp APIs, and SMS APIs. This role will focus on developing and executing outreach strategies to enhance our brand visibility and engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Outreach Strategy Development: Design and implement effective outreach strategies to promote our products and services.
Content Creation: Write compelling copy for emails, landing pages, and outreach campaigns that resonate with target audiences.
Tool Proficiency: Utilize tools such as HubSpot, Brevo, Mailchimp, Mailmodo, Zerobounce, Unbounce, and various WhatsApp and SMS APIs (e.g., Twilio, Plivo) to manage outreach efforts.
Email Warmup & Sequences: Understand and implement email warmup processes and create effective email sequences for outreach campaigns.
Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze the performance of outreach campaigns to optimize engagement and conversion rates.
Qualifications
- 2 to 3 years of experience in B2B marketing or outreach management.
- Exceptional writing and copywriting skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Familiarity with outreach tools such as HubSpot, Brevo, Mailchimp, Mailmodo, Zerobounce, Unbounce, as well as WhatsApp APIs (e.g., Twilio) and SMS APIs (e.g., Plivo).
- Knowledge of email warmup techniques, sequence creation, and effective outreach practices.
