Job Overview: As a Marketing Support Specialist specializing in paid Google Ads, you will play a crucial role in executing and optimizing our Google Ads campaigns. Your primary responsibility will be to assist in managing and analyzing paid ad performance, ensuring that our advertising efforts are effective and aligned with our marketing goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Management: Assist in the creation, setup, and management of paid Google Ads campaigns across various networks, including search and display.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze campaign performance metrics such as click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, and return on ad spend (ROAS). Generate regular reports and provide actionable insights to optimize campaign performance.
- Keyword Research: Conduct keyword research to identify high-performing keywords and create keyword lists for new campaigns or ad groups. Continuously update and refine keyword strategies based on performance data.
- Ad Copywriting: Assist in writing and testing ad copy variations to improve ad relevance and engagement. Ensure that all ad copy adheres to best practices and aligns with brand messaging.
- Budget Management: Assist in managing and allocating budgets across campaigns to ensure cost-effectiveness and adherence to budgetary constraints.
- Collaboration: Work closely with our growth team to align paid search strategies with overall marketing objectives.
- Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve issues related to ad delivery, performance discrepancies, or account settings. ** Qualifications:**
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Advertising, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience: 2+ years of experience managing Google Ads campaigns or supporting digital marketing efforts. Familiarity with Google Ads and Google Analytics is essential.
- Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
- Certifications: Google Ads certification is a plus. Willingness to pursue additional certifications as needed.
- Attributes: Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. A collaborative team player with a passion for digital marketing.
