Entry-Level Publicist--Full Time

We are seeking an Entry Level Publicist with great writing skills to join our team! You will be responsible for the public relations initiatives for our company, which include:

Responsibilities:

• Design and maintain a favorable public image for the organization
• Assist in the planning and execution of all public relations campaigns and activities
• Leverage existing media relationships and cultivate new business contacts
• Develop and implement media relations programs
• Seek opportunities on behalf of our clients to promote brand recognition
• Assist in the devlopment of marketing and promotional materials
• Draft and distribute press materials on behalf of our clents
• Plan and assist with client's social media

​Qualifications:

• Previous experience in public relations, college degree in relative field
• Familiarity with social media marketing strategies
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
• Must be a pragmatic planner and able to think and plan months ahead
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Sales skills are a HUGE plus
