VP of Supplier Diversity Strategy and Professional Services

Overview:
TalkDEI is seeking a visionary leader with 8+ years of experience in supplier diversity and procurement to join our team as the VP of Supplier Diversity Strategy and Professional Services. In this advisory and part-time role, you will be responsible for helping our enterprise clients maximize the value of TalkDEI’s supplier diversity management platform, while also designing and implementing a professional services model that provides additional value through strategic consultation and partnerships.

This role offers 1% equity in the company and includes commissions on deals sourced, professional services engagements, and renewals.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with enterprise clients to develop strategic action plans that align with their supplier diversity and business goals.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to guide clients on scaling their supplier diversity programs using TalkDEI’s platform.
• Build and lead TalkDEI’s professional services division by creating a framework that includes external DEI consultants and partners.
• Develop and manage a channel partner strategy to expand the use of TalkDEI as part of a packaged DEI service offering.
• Provide ongoing insights on client needs to influence product development, marketing, and future platform enhancements.
• Cultivate relationships with key industry partners to expand TalkDEI’s market presence and service offerings.
• Act as an internal advisor to refine TalkDEI’s go-to-market strategy for enterprise clients.

Compensation:

1% equity in TalkDEI.
Commissions on deals sourced, professional services engagements, and client renewals.
Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in supplier diversity, procurement, or supply chain management, with demonstrated success in building and scaling diversity programs.
• Strong relationships and connections within the supplier diversity and procurement space.
• Proven track record of designing and delivering strategic advisory services to large enterprises.
• Experience building or managing partnerships with external consultants or channel partners.
• Ability to think strategically and align DEI initiatives with an organization’s business objectives.
• Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to translate platform insights into actionable client strategies.
