Roles & Responsibilities:

Prepare implementation project scope of work, define prerequisites, and outline exclusions.

Implement security products/solutions based on customer needs.

Conduct knowledge transfer sessions with the customer post-implementation.

Obtain sign-off from the customer upon successful project completion.

Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in implementing and configuring Cisco security products.

Hands-on experience in implementing and configuring security products such as: Cisco ACI, FTD, Firepower, Meraki, ISE, Stealthwatch and System Integration.

Prior experience in system integration and security solution implementation in enterprise environments.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and customer-facing skills.

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Strong attention to detail and a customer-centric approach.

Willingness to travel for project implementations and client interactions.
