AWS Solution Architect

As an AWS Solution Architect, you will be responsible for designing scalable, secure, and cost-effective cloud architectures using AWS services. You will work closely with clients to understand their business needs, translate them into technical requirements, and deliver innovative solutions that leverage AWS technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architecture Design: Design and implement AWS cloud solutions based on best practices and industry standards. Develop architectural diagrams, documentation, and deployment strategies.
• Client Engagement: Engage with clients to gather requirements, understand business objectives, and provide expert guidance on AWS services and solutions.
• Solution Development: Develop and deploy cloud solutions that meet client needs, including compute, storage, networking, and security requirements.
• Optimization: Continuously monitor and optimize cloud solutions for performance, cost, and scalability.
• Collaboration: Work closely with development teams, system administrators, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and deployment of AWS solutions.
• Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve technical issues related to AWS infrastructure and services.
• Compliance: Ensure solutions comply with industry regulations and best practices for security and data protection.
• Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation for architecture designs, deployment processes, and system configurations.
• Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with the latest AWS services, features, and best practices. Continuously improve your skills and knowledge to better serve clients.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate or Professional) are highly desirable.
• Experience: Proven experience as a Solution Architect or in a similar role, with hands-on experience designing and deploying solutions on AWS.
• Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of AWS services (e.g., EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, VPC, IAM), cloud architecture, and infrastructure as code (IaC) tools (e.g., CloudFormation, Terraform).
• Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
• Collaboration: Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with various stakeholders.
• Project Management: Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously and delivering high-quality results on time.

Preferred Skills:

• Advanced Certifications: AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional or other advanced AWS certifications.
• Experience with DevOps: Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools, such as CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker), and orchestration (Kubernetes).
• Industry Knowledge: Understanding of industry-specific requirements and regulations (e.g., healthcare, finance).
