Tech Lead - PACS

** INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE **
7+ years of experience in building PACS (Picture Archival & Communication System) with a minimum of 3 years of experience in building PACS product using DCM4CHEE, Spring boot and Java.

** QUALIFICATIONS **

• Bachelor of engineering / Masters in Computer Science.

** KEY RESPONSIBILITIES **

▪ Drive product design and be the final authority on all design decisions around DCM4CHEE open
source
▪ Design the PACS product to take care of all the design considerations for regulations like FDA &
CE-MDR
▪ Design the product with open standards like FHIR, HL7 & DICOM
▪ Lead product engineering team by providing direction on day-to-day operations
▪ Responsible for integrating DCM4CHEE with other parts of the platform like RIS & DICOM Viewers
▪ Lead the technology-led innovation and introduce advanced features in the product and to keep
differentiating in the marketplace.
▪ Conduct design & code reviews of products to make sure highest level of product quality is
accomplished
▪ Responsible for recruiting, grooming, and sustaining a high-performance engineering team
▪ Responsible for product performance, security, availability & scalability
▪ Evangelize product with prospects/customers/investors

** EXPERIENCE REQUIRED FOR THE ROLE **

▪ Minimum of 3 years of experience in building PACS product using DCM4CHEE
▪ Proven experience in healthcare standards like DICOM, FHIR & HL7
▪ Experience designing PACS product for regulations like FDA & CE-MDR
▪ Proven design experience using OOAD, design patterns & UML
▪ In depth experience and familiarity with agile PDLC and rapid product development
▪ Proficiency in designing & building microservices based architecture using Spring boot and Java
▪ Experience in building modern front-end applications using React.js
▪ Hands on experience in designing multi-tenant database using PostgreSQL database
▪ Experience in DevSecOps, build & release management.
▪ Experience in working with multicultural team distributed across the globe.
▪ Experience in building & leading product engineering teams
