As a Partner Development Manager at Fireflies, you will drive our integration partnerships strategy by building strong relationships, co-marketing, and ensuring our product is the top choice on every app store we partner with. You’ll be instrumental in expanding our reach, driving distribution across our ecosystem, and setting the stage for future growth.
Responsibilities:
- Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with app developers, marketplace managers, and other key stakeholders.
- Co-Marketing & Distribution: Collaborate with partners to launch joint marketing campaigns, driving product visibility and adoption.
- Build and maintain partner network: Build and execute GTM plans for partner activation, manage existing partnerships, and drive growth through the partner network.
- Research and identify new channel partners: including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, solutions, and services, or new ways of reaching upcoming markets.
- App Store Promotion: Work to get Fireflies featured and promoted on various integration app stores, ensuring top-tier placement.
- Incentivizing Development: Create programs to encourage developers to build apps on our platform, including rewards and recognition.
- Content & Social Engagement: Collaborate with partners to generate blogs, tweets, and other content that highlights our integrations.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of partnership experience, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment. Prior experience with business development or account management would be a plus.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Experience with co-marketing initiatives and driving product promotion on integration marketplaces and app stores.
- Experience selling nascent start-up products/services into new markets is desired.
- Highly motivated with a hustle mindset.
Note: This role would require the candidate to work in the PST timezone.
