About the job
We seek an experienced and driven Enterprise Sales Manager to lead and execute sales strategies for large school groups across India. You will own the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to qualification, opportunity development, negotiation, and closing. Your primary focus will be nurturing relationships with key decision-makers, understanding their needs, and delivering tailored solutions that help them unlock the full potential of edumerge’s SaaS platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive Sales: Own the sales process end-to-end, from identifying prospects to closing deals with group schools.
- Lead Nurturing: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, nurturing leads through the pipeline until they are ready to engage.
- Sales Process Management: Guide leads through qualification, opportunity identification, proposal development, negotiation, and closure.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain a robust pipeline to ensure consistent, quarterly, and annual sales growth.
- Consultative Selling: Understand customer needs and position edumerge.com’s SaaS ERP solutions to address their pain points and achieve their goals.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure smooth onboarding and post-sales support.
- Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
- Reporting: Track and report sales metrics, pipeline progress, and forecast revenue using CRM tools.
Key Requirements:
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in enterprise or B2B SaaS sales, preferably in the education sector.
- Domain Expertise: Understanding of K12 school operations and challenges in India.
- Proven Success: Track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and successfully closing large deals.
- Skills:
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Ability to manage long sales cycles and complex deals.
- Customer-Centric: Focus on delivering value and long-term partnerships with schools.
- Tools: Proficient in CRM software, sales tracking, and reporting tools.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
