We are seeking a highly skilled DevOps Engineer to join our team at Samespace. In this critical role, you will develop and maintain our infrastructure, build CI/CD pipelines, and monitor the entire stack for high availability. You'll ensure internal and external security compliance, manage firewall policies, and optimize infrastructure costs. Staying current with emerging technologies is key to success. You'll also deploy and maintain our products in a self-hosted datacenter, supporting our global BGP network and integrating cloud solutions from GCP and AWS.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for code deployment.
• Design and implement tools for automated deployment and monitoring.
• Ensure high availability and implement backup and disaster recovery strategies.
• Uphold internal and external security and compliance standards.
• Configure and manage firewall and security policies.
• Monitor and analyze infrastructure costs for optimization.
• Continuously stay abreast of emerging technologies in the field.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in software development and systems administration.
• Practical knowledge of Kubernetes.
• Hands-on knowledge of GCP & AWS Cloud Platforms.
• Prior experience in CI/CD pipeline setup.
• In-depth knowledge of the Linux operating system.
• Experience in Docker container management.
• Networking and VoIP experience will be a plus.

This position is onsite at our Mumbai Engineering Center.
