About the role
We’re looking for a rockstar Content Marketing Manager looking to join a dynamic, fast-paced environment, work closely with cross-functional teams, and own the entire Content marketing function to drive brand awareness, engagement and lead generation.
Responsibilities
- Develop, execute and own our Content marketing strategy & activities (including managing budget for the same) to drive brand awareness, engagement and lead generation
- Craft OrbitShift’s online brand and voice in line with our vision & goals, and customized for our target audience
- Craft compelling content across marketing channels (website, landing pages, ad campaigns, email marketing campaigns, newsletters, articles, blog posts, social media posts, etc) & drive traffic for the same
- Identify, measure & improve relevant metrics that assess the effectiveness of all our marketing campaigns (especially engagement rates + conversions) and make data-driven recommendations to other teams
- Create strong online momentum ahead of and during product launches & key company milestones
- Optimising content for Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) & monitor the performance of the content through online tools such as Google Analytics
- Create & own short-term and long-term content calendar
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, stay updated with industry best practices, emerging trends, and evolving content formats to enhance content marketing initiatives
Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant Content Marketing experience in Series B stage, B2B SaaS startups targeted to US Enterprise customers
- Proven track record of managing all aspects of successful content marketing campaigns for similar products for similar audience
- Deep knowledge of strategies for different types of integrated marketing campaigns, market trends, marketing channels, etc
- Hands on experience with SEO marketing, content marketing, brand marketing, blog management, website management, social media management, paid ads, analytics, etc
- Proficiency using CRMs, and web analytics tools like Google Analytics, etc
- Stellar research, presentation, content-writing, communication, project & program management skills
- Good technical proficiency & understanding of complex tech products
- Proven track record of effective problem solving, and working in a highly collaborative role with cross-functional teams
- Customer-centric mindset & attention to detail
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Advertising, Product, Strategy, etc is required. Master’s degree from a Tier 1 institute is preferred.
