As a Senior Software Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our software products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design and deliver exceptional products for our transportation and fleet management solutions.

What You Will Do

Support the technical design, implementation, delivery, testing, and monitoring for significant parts of the product.
Work closely with the senior leadership team to translate customer requirements to technical specifications and help with Sprint Planning.
Ensure consistent and open collaboration and communication within the organization and development teams
Design, code, and debug customer features and requests
Develop, test, and deliver high-quality, robust, and impactful code to clients
Manage the setup of the AWS platform, infrastructure and monitoring tools, evaluating for new solutions and best practices to enhance the platform
Help in setting up new projects that require infrastructure setups (New integrations, Grafana Dashboards, Managing AWS, Logging etc)
Evaluating new solutions or practices that can be implemented in the codebase
Refactoring existing services to improve performance and growth.
Support with the restructuring and prioritization of services that can drive growth to the business
What You Bring

At least 7+ years of professional software development experience preferably in a startup environment
Experience owning complex software projects from scratch and contributing to building robust features
Proven experience building and scaling Software Products
Experience with cloud-based tools like Docker, AWS, CircleCI, Grafana, etc.
Experience in Node (Typescript), Python, React
Have hands-on experience mentoring and coaching junior team members
Exceptional communication skills with a passion for sharing knowledge and information within your team
Bonus - Worked on data streaming from 3rd party systems (Webhooks, APIs, Message Queues)
