About the Role
This role will play will lead the talent acquisition, culture, and people operations for the business while managing the end to end employee life-cycle. As a Talent and Culture Partner, you will have a unique opportunity to influence key aspects of company culture, support talent growth initiatives, and guide leadership teams in creating a sustainable and engaging work environment.
You will act as a trusted advisor to the founders, ensuring they have the right information for HR related decisions. Your responsibilities will also include overseeing daily office operations, coordinating travel arrangements for staff, managing office budget, and providing administrative support to staff and management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with the businness leaders to understand the growth requirements and lead end to end hiring process to onboard the citical talent.
- Work with line managers to ensure performance management cycle is well established and adhered to
- Be accountable for HR processes such as talent development, succession planning, onboarding, culture and engagement initiatives that drive high performing teams
- Work with senior managers across the business on performance management, organizational design, employee engagement, rewards- and workforce planning
- Partner with people managers to support the delivery of appropriate training and development programs
- Design new policies and deliver on business-critical HR related projects globally
- Ensure compliance to relevant employment laws in Dubai
- Develop people plans that support the needs of the office
- Identify future talent needs and proactively develop a talent repository
Requirements:
- Solid exposure of managing end to end talent acquisition process for the critical roles.
- HR and People management experience leading initiatives across regions within a technology business
- A good balance between leading and executing, in this role you will need to be hands-on involved in the daily HR routines, too
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge and practical implementation of HR practices and employment law across EMEA
- Self motivated, organized, accurate, confident, authentic, results-orientated, open-minded, enthusiastic and energetic
- Degree in Human Resources/Business Administration or related field 3-4+ years of experience or professional HR qualification (CIPD/SHRM or other)
