As our Senior Machine Learning Engineer specializing in Generative AI, you will be at the forefront of revolutionizing how we create, conceptualize, and personalize fashion. You'll lead the development of cutting-edge generative models that can create novel designs, predict emerging styles, and tailor recommendations to individual preferences. Working alongside our world-class team, you'll leverage state-of-the-art techniques in deep learning, particularly in areas such as transformer architectures and diffusion models. Your role will involve developing AI systems capable of understanding and generating complex visual and textual fashion data, from sketching new designs to generating marketing copy. You'll help create an AI-driven creative assistant that augments our designers' capabilities, optimizes our product development cycle, and delivers hyper-personalized experiences to our customers. Your work will directly impact what we design, how we produce it, and how we present it to the world, pushing the boundaries of AI applications in the fashion industry.

Your forward-thinking approach drives you to architect solutions that are not only cutting-edge but also maintainable and extensible, setting up benchmarks and safeguards to ensure continuous improvement and prevent regressions. Recommended Background

• With significant experience in machine learning, with a strong focus on deep learning and generative models; MS or PhD in a relevant field
• Extensive experience with Python and deep learning frameworks (PyTorch or TensorFlow); proven track record of deploying large-scale ML models in production
• Deep understanding of generative AI architectures (VAEs, Transformers, diffusion models) and experience with multimodal learning and generation
• Proficiency in developing and fine-tuning large language models (LLMs) and familiarity with reinforcement learning techniques in the context of generative models
• Strong understanding of ML ops (e.g., MLflow, Kubeflow), experience with cloud platforms (e.g. AWS) and distributed computing frameworks
• Proven ability to process large datasets efficiently, with experience in data preprocessing and feature engineering for generative models
• Published research or significant contributions to open-source ML projects highly valued
