About the Role

As a Senior UI & UX Designer at FINESSE, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping and elevating our digital interfaces that impact millions of customers globally. With significant experience under your belt, you'll not only create and refine the user experience of our platforms but also lead in optimizing their visual appeal and usability. You'll collaborate closely with a team of exceptional talents, including product managers, engineers, and fellow creatives, to design unforgettable experiences for our customers. Your scope includes enhancing the user interface and experience of our website and mobile app. You'll be responsible for the entire design process, from user research and wireframing to high-fidelity prototypes and design systems, constantly iterating based on user feedback and industry trends to create cohesive, delightful experiences across all our digital touchpoints.

With your extensive experience, you understand the power of emerging design technologies and trends (like micro-interactions, voice UI, AR overlays, etc.) and how to harness them for memorable user experiences. You're known for your ability to think creatively, push design boundaries, and solve complex UX challenges. A commitment to continuously enhancing usability and aesthetic appeal is in your DNA, ensuring an intuitive and visually striking experience for users worldwide. Your strong communication skills and collaborative nature make you an ideal team player, capable of working effectively across product, engineering, and marketing teams to bring designs to life. Recommended Background

• With significant experience in UI/UX design for web and mobile applications, with a portfolio demonstrating a range of successful digital product designs
• Proficiency in industry-standard design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD) and creation of comprehensive design systems
• Strong skills in interaction design, visual design, and information architecture, with experience in mobile-first and responsive design approaches
• Proven ability to conduct user research, usability testing, and incorporate data-driven insights into designs
• Experience in creating wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for multiple platforms (web, iOS, Android)
• Familiarity with frontend development concepts and ability to collaborate effectively with development teams
• Excellent communication skills for presenting design concepts and iterating based on feedback, with understanding of branding principles in digital products
