About Us

We're revolutionizing mental health support with our innovative AI-powered coaching platform. Our mission is to make mental health care accessible, affordable, and available 24/7 to everyone who needs it. We're seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Marketing and Business Development Intern to join our growing team and contribute to our mission.

We are very early stage. We do not have funding yet. We are looking to get 100 users prior to talking to investors and are looking for someone who wants to work on this part-time to help use get there.

The Internship

As our Marketing and Business Development Intern, you'll gain hands-on experience in growth marketing and partnership development within the exciting intersection of mental health and technology. This internship offers a unique opportunity to learn and contribute to a mission-driven startup that's making a real difference in people's lives.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing social media strategies to increase brand awareness and user engagement
• Help create content for various digital channels, including social media, email, and our blog
• Support the analysis of marketing performance metrics and help optimize campaigns
• Conduct market research to identify potential partnership opportunities with mental health organizations, employers, and educational institutions
• Assist in preparing materials for industry events and conferences
• Collaborate with our product team to gather user feedback and insights
• Help manage our affiliate and influencer marketing programs
• Contribute to maintaining our brand voice across all communication channels

• Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field

• Strong interest in digital marketing, social media, and content creation

• Basic understanding of marketing analytics and data-driven decision making

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and Google Workspace

• Familiarity with social media platforms and content management systems

• Interest in mental health and wellness is a plus

• Previous internship or relevant project experience is beneficial but not required
