Roles & Responsibilities:

• Strategic Planning: Develop long and short-term strategic developer growth and engagement plans in the APAC region that directly contribute to the client's GTM objectives.
• Event Management: Host and manage developer-focused events, including meetups, hackathons, workshops, and conferences, ensuring they align with strategic goals and deliver valuable experiences for participants.
• Foster Developer Community: Foster a strong developer community for the client across Web2 and Web3, leveraging your network and connections to drive engagement, collaboration, participation, and advocacy.
• Content Marketing: Collaborate with the client and the internal marketing team on content marketing initiatives, including blog posts, web copy, email marketing, newsletters, events, podcasts, and more, ensuring consistency and alignment with overall strategy.
• Client Account Management: Oversee client accounts, ensuring their needs are met through strategic engagements and effective communication.
• End-to-End Ownership: Take full ownership of the developer relations vertical, managing all aspects from strategy to execution.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience as a developer and/or DevRel advocate.
• Previous experience in developer relations, community management, or a related role within the technology or blockchain space.
• Strong understanding of blockchain technology and its potential applications.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven experience in organizing and managing developer events.
• A technical background.
• The ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong networking skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships.
• Enthusiasm for engaging with developers and helping them succeed.
