Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute growth marketing strategies that drive lead generation, customer acquisition, and overall revenue growth for Evercopy.
• Manage and optimize paid media campaigns across multiple channels (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.).
• Lead SEO initiatives to boost organic traffic and search rankings.
• Build and implement email marketing and automation workflows to nurture leads and drive engagement.
• Collaborate with the product, sales, and customer success teams to optimize conversion rates across the funnel and increase retention.
• Conduct A/B tests and performance analyses to continually refine and improve marketing efforts.
• Use data and analytics to measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, with a focus on ROI.
• Own customer persona development and buyer journey mapping to inform campaign and content strategy.
Qualifications:
• 3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS growth marketing, with proven success in driving acquisition and retention.
• Deep understanding of digital marketing channels, including paid media, SEO, and email marketing.
• Strong analytical skills, with experience using tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
• Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM systems (HubSpot experience is a plus).
• Ability to develop data-driven strategies and execute on them with agility and precision.
• Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
• Creative mindset with a passion for experimenting with new growth tactics.
