We are seeking an ambitious, talented, and experienced digital marketer to take on the pivotal role of Head of Digital Marketing. In this role, you'll be at the heart of our marketing efforts, demonstrating the value of our strategies across the organization and ensuring that our target audiences receive the right messages at the right moments.
What You’ll Do...
- Strategy, Planning & Execution
- Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy with a focus on B2B and account-based marketing (ABM).
- Align digital marketing strategies with overall business objectives to ensure maximum impact.
- Campaign Development & Data Utilization
- Build and leverage data-driven marketing campaigns, utilizing intent data to target and engage key accounts effectively.
- Ownership of Paid Acquisition Channels
- Paid Social: Manage and optimize campaigns on platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter to reach targeted B2B audiences.
- Paid Search: Oversee PPC strategies, including keyword management and bid optimization, to drive high-quality leads.
- Display Advertising: Implement and refine display ad campaigns to increase brand visibility and support lead generation.
- Ownership of Organic Channels
- Organic Social & Employee Advocacy: Drive engagement and brand awareness through organic social strategies and employee advocacy programs.
- Organic Search (SEO): Optimize website content and technical SEO to improve organic search rankings and increase inbound traffic.
- Website Management
- Serve as the primary owner of the website, ensuring it is optimized for user experience, lead conversion, and search engine visibility.
- Nurture Programs
- Develop and manage lead nurturing programs to guide prospects through the sales funnel and increase conversion rates.
- Budget Management
- Oversee the digital marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources across channels and campaigns.
- HubSpot & Tracking Data
- Manage HubSpot and other marketing tools to ensure accurate data tracking

Technically adept and tactically creative, you are a proven pipeline builder and revenue generator, with a deep understanding that ROI is your ultimate measure of success. Your passion for data fuels your growth-driven mindset, but your true expertise lies in discerning the key elements that lead to sustainable growth.
Ambitious and driven, you are also an exceptional team player who knows how to engage and align stakeholders with digital marketing initiatives and results. What you’ll need...
- 5+ years of digital marketing experience within B2B SaaS
- Proven expertise in developing and executing successful digital marketing strategies tailored to the B2B SaaS environment.
- Strong understanding of account-based marketing (ABM)
- Demonstrated ability to implement ABM strategies that effectively target and engage key accounts.
- Proven track record of driving pipeline and revenue
- Clear history of delivering measurable results, with pipeline growth and revenue directly attributed to your digital marketing efforts.
- Core Channel Experience
- Organic Search (SEO): Extensive experience in optimizing for organic search to drive inbound traffic and improve search rankings.
- Paid Search (PPC): Deep expertise in managing paid search campaigns focused on lead generation and ROI.
- Paid Social: Proven track record in leveraging paid social platforms to reach and engage B2B audiences.
- Experience with key tools and platforms
- Marketing Automation: HubSpot or similar platforms.
- Analytics & Reporting: Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other analytics tools.
- SEO & SEM Tools: SEMrush, Moz, or similar platforms.
- Intent Data & ABM Tools: Familiarity with intent data platforms and LinkedIn Sales Navigator; experience with ABM platforms like Demandbase is a plus.
- Leadership & Team Management
- Proven ability to lead, mentor, and grow a digital marketing team, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment.

- Ability to develop and execute data-driven strategies that align with business objectives.
