Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Market Development Representative (MDR) to join our sales team. The MDR will focus exclusively on qualifying inbound leads, ensuring they meet the criteria to move forward in the sales process. Your role is critical in driving business growth by efficiently identifying potential clients who are a good fit for our offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
Inbound Lead Qualification: Quickly assess and qualify inbound leads based on predefined criteria.
Pipeline Management: Maintain and manage a pipeline of qualified leads, ensuring accurate and up-to-date CRM records.
Lead Nurturing: Engage with inbound leads to understand their needs and position our solutions effectively.
Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition of qualified leads.
Reporting: Track and report on lead qualification metrics and conversion rates.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
1-2 years of applicable previous experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
