OVERVIEW
We are looking for a dynamic and organised Sales Strategy Planner to join Flux as we continue to revolutionise the digital-out-of-home advertising industry. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or someone early in their career to join a fast-paced, innovative company at the forefront of media technology.
The Sales Strategy Planner will play a crucial role in supporting our Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) in planning, preparing, and executing sales strategies. You will work closely with the CRO to develop impactful sales pitches, conduct market research, and contribute to the overall growth strategy of the business. The ideal candidate will have experience or exposure to selling software products and consultative sales environments, even if gained through university placements, personal projects, or a year of professional experience.
This role is perfect for someone with a strong organisational skillset, a thirst for learning from industry veterans, and a passion for supporting the sales team in pushing deals forward. If you get a kick out of meticulously helping the team succeed, have experience with Canva or similar tools, and are eager to contribute to a dynamic sales environment, we want to hear from you.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Sales Planning and Strategy: Assist the CRO in planning and preparing sales pitches, proposals, and presentations.
Sales Operations Support: Provide vital support to the sales team by maintaining and updating sales materials, reporting on progress, and ensuring smooth operations.
Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential sales opportunities.
Sales Collateral Development: Help create and update sales collateral, ensuring it reflects the latest market insights and product offerings.
Client Engagement: Support the CRO in engaging with clients and agencies, helping to build and maintain strong relationships.
Sales Operations: Assist in the day-to-day operations of the sales team, including tracking sales performance, preparing reports, and managing CRM tools.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including Marketing, Product, and Studio, to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
