Content and Social Media Associate - Paid Internship

Job Description: Marketing Intern
Location: Remote

Responsibilities:

Social Media Management:

• Assist in planning, creating, and scheduling content across various social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
• Engage with our online community, respond to comments, and foster meaningful interactions with our audience.
• Monitor social media trends and implement strategies to boost engagement and follower growth.
• Content Marketing:
• Collaborate with the content team to develop blog posts, articles, newsletters, and other forms of written content.
• Conduct research to create compelling and SEO-friendly content that aligns with our brand voice.
• Assisted in the creation of content calendars and ensured timely delivery of all content.

Reels and Visual Content Creation:

• Conceptualize, film, and edit engaging Instagram Reels, TikToks, and other short-form video content.
• Design eye-catching graphics, infographics, and visual content to be used across various digital platforms.
• Work closely with the creative team to ensure all visual content aligns with brand guidelines.

Analytics and Reporting:

• Track and analyze the performance of social media posts and campaigns.
• Provide regular reports on key metrics and offer insights to optimize future content.

Campaign Support:

• Assist in the execution of marketing campaigns, including email marketing, influencer partnerships, and promotional events.
• Contribute to brainstorming sessions for new marketing initiatives and creative strategies.

Our ideal candidate :

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience in managing social media accounts, preferably for brands or organizations.
• Proficiency in content creation tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), or similar software.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an eye for detail and creativity.
• Familiarity with social media analytics tools (Google Analytics, Hootsuite, etc.) is a plus.
• Passion for staying up-to-date with the latest trends in digital marketing, social media, and content creation.
