Job Description:
As a Sales and Operations Executive at Airveda, you will play a key role in driving our sales processes and ensuring smooth operations within the team. Your responsibilities will include handling customer inquiries, preparing accurate quotations, cold calling prospective clients, and delivering compelling product demos. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and optimize operational efficiency. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a mission-oriented company focused on environmental health and air quality.
Responsibilities:
- Sales Support: Assist the Sales team in managing customer inquiries, preparing proposals, and ensuring timely follow-ups.
- Order Processing: Manage order entry and tracking in the CRM system, coordinating with logistics and finance teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
- Data Management: Maintain and update sales records, ensuring accuracy and completeness in the CRM and other sales tools.
- Reporting and Analysis: Generate regular sales reports, analyze data to identify trends, and provide insights to the Sales team to enhance performance.
- Process Improvement :Identify opportunities to streamline sales processes and enhance operational efficiency.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.
- Customer Relationship Management: Support in managing and nurturing customer relationships to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
- Cold Calling: Reach out to potential clients through cold calls to identify their needs, introduce them to our products, and generate sales opportunities.
- Product Demos: Deliver engaging product overviews and demonstrations to clients, highlighting the key features and benefits of Airveda's air quality monitors and related products.
- Operations Management: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales and operational processes, optimizing efficiency and accuracy across all stages of customer engagement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in sales and/or operations, preferably in a technology or IoT-driven environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle customer interactions effectively.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for managing multiple tasks and ensuring accuracy in quotations and reports.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Sales-driven mindset with the ability to cold call, engage, and influence prospective clients.
- Familiarity with technical products and the ability to explain product features and benefits in a clear, concise manner.
- Previous experience with air quality monitoring or IoT systems is a plus but not required.
