The job:
We’re on the hunt for an exceptional Product Designer to join our dynamic team. You’ll work closely with Product and Engineering to achieve two challenging goals: enhancing the product discovery experience for millions of users on our customers’ sites and building powerful tools for business leaders to shape those experiences.
In our agile environment, Design, Engineering, and Product teams collaborate seamlessly. You’ll team up with Engineering to explore new possibilities and with Product to understand customer needs. Together, we'll create interfaces and experiences that not only meet business objectives but also delight users. Your contributions will make a significant impact on our growing list of customers, including Sephora, Backcountry, Princess Auto, and many more.
Day-to-day you will:
- Design conceptual user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mock-ups that are both functional and visually appealing, ensuring a holistic user experience across all our products.
- Collaborate with fellow designers and work closely with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and brainstorm ideas.
- Oversee the design process from concept to final implementation, communicating with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure the design vision is effectively executed.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and feedback, and use this data to inform design decisions and improve user experiences, including analyzing results.
- Assist fellow designers in maintaining design systems and guidelines to ensure consistency across our products.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and bring new ideas to the table, experimenting with new tools and techniques to push the boundaries of design.
Requirements
You would be a good fit if:
- You view design as a powerful tool to solve both user and business challenges and can balance different use cases to make the simple things easy and the difficult things possible.
- You have experience or interest in designing for analytics solutions, quantitative fields, and technically challenging domains.
- You thrive in an entrepreneurial environment and have a track record of delivering incredible experiences in a fast-paced, quality-driven setting.
- You have an adventurous spirit and a desire to push the boundaries of what is possible with clear, creative, and well-executed designs that inspire user delight.
- You are collaborative, value learning, and aim to accomplish great things, working effectively with cross-functional teams, including product managers and developers.
- You have experience working in B2B SaaS, or complex web platforms and possess 4-6 years of experience in UX and/or product design.
- You can think both strategically and creatively, seeing the big picture while also paying attention to the details.
- You able to switch and work on several different things
