About the Role:
Ctruh is looking for an experienced Product Owner with a strong technical background and software development experience to drive the development of our cutting-edge technology products. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in defining and executing the product vision, working closely with engineering teams to ensure alignment with business objectives and technical feasibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Product Vision & Strategy: Define and communicate a clear product vision that aligns with Ctruh’s business goals and technological capabilities.
• Technical Collaboration: Work closely with engineering teams, leveraging your coding experience to facilitate detailed technical discussions and decisions.
• Backlog Management: Create, prioritize, and manage the product backlog, ensuring that the development team is always working on the most valuable features.
• Sprint Planning: Collaborate with the engineering team to plan and execute sprints, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality product increments.
• Market & User Research: Conduct research to understand user needs, market trends, and competitive landscapes, translating findings into actionable product features.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact between stakeholders and the development team, ensuring clear communication and understanding of product requirements.
• User Stories & Acceptance Criteria: Write detailed user stories and define acceptance criteria to guide the development process.
• Continuous Improvement: Monitor product performance through key metrics, using data to inform ongoing product enhancements.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum 4 years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in a tech environment, with proven coding experience.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.

Skills:

• Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript).
• Strong understanding of software development processes and Agile methodologies.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience with product management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar.
