Job Summary:
As a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and delivering outstanding customer service. You will work closely with the sales team to develop and execute effective sales strategies, ensuring that targets are met and exceeded.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect and Generate Leads: Identify and qualify new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research.
- Build Client Relationships: Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Present and Demonstrate Products/Services: Effectively present and demonstrate the company's products or services to prospective clients, highlighting key features and benefits.
- Negotiate and Close Sales: Negotiate terms and pricing with clients, ensuring mutual satisfaction, and close sales to meet or exceed targets.
- Collaborate with Sales Team: Work closely with other members of the sales team to share insights, strategies, and best practices.
- Prepare Sales Reports: Track and report on sales activities, pipeline status, and performance metrics to the Sales Manager.
- Stay Informed: Keep up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and potential threats.
- Customer Service: Provide post-sale support and service to clients to ensure satisfaction and foster repeat business.
- Achieve Targets: Consistently meet or exceed individual and team sales targets and KPIs.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
- Experience: 2-4 years of experience in sales Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
- Ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal teams.
- Excellent negotiation, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
