We’re hiring a talented Growth Manager to scale our existing user acquisition channels and experiment with new ones. If work that blends together product, marketing, and operations sounds exciting, this role is for you!
As one of the founding members of the Growth team you’ll work closely with our Head of Growth (prev YC founder, Affirm), sales, and product to drive adoption and monetization for Bardeen’s product.

It works by automating your browser to perform complex tasks with a simple natural language instruction. Innovators and industry leaders like Deel, Miro, Kearney, and WPP trust Bardeen with tasks across their organizations. From sales prospecting to market research and personalized outreach.

Who you are:
- Proven Growth Experience: Demonstrated success in scaling user growth at previous companies
- Strategic Generalist: Strong understanding of various growth channels with hands-on experience in at least one key area (e.g., viral growth, SEO/SEM, or paid marketing).
- Entrepreneurial Mindset: Ability to innovate and execute unique go-to-market strategies, often drawing from unconventional tactics; comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
- Data-Driven Decision Maker: Skilled in analyzing metrics (e.g., CAC/LTV, engagement rates) to refine and optimize growth strategies, ensuring sustained user acquisition and retention.
- Leadership and Collaboration: Capable of working cross-functionally, and aligning growth efforts with broader company goals, while still remaining hands-on.
Bonus if you are also:
- Technical - we find the best growth tactics blend creative thinking with execution. These days being a bit technical means you can leverage new tools and resources to produce a 10x outcome.
- A good storyteller - telling a story is core to how we build awareness for Bardeen. Whether that’s through landing page copy, Youtube videos, or a blog post, it helps to have a way with words.
