THIS IS A FULL-TIME POSITION, BASED IN OUR BANGALORE, INDIA OFFICE

THE ROLE

As a Senior Visualization Analyst you will be work directly with business teams to design strategic solutions that visualize complex data in a focused manner. You must have expertise in connecting data from multiple sources to create cohesive and meaningful reporting as well as a strong understanding of data visualization techniques and best practices to bring reporting to life. Familiarity with the Tableau architecture and best practices is a must. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Guiding cross-functional team members in collecting, aggregating, interpreting, and visualizing data to provide insights to drive data-driven decision-making across the organization
• Leading a team of analytics professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture
• Leading development of automated reporting solutions in Tableau and mentoring data analysts to increase skill sets across teams
• Owning all data used in reporting, clearly explaining definitions and nuances in data to internal teams and partners
• Acting as technical lead for developers guiding them with complex set analysis expressions and dashboard development
• Staying up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in analytics, and leverage this knowledge to drive innovation and continuous improvement

THE QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science) is required. A master's degree or equivalent is preferred
• 8+ years of experience in Tableau Desktop, Tableau Prep Builder, and Tableau Architecture, analytics, data science, or a related field, with a proven track record of delivering impactful insights and driving business outcomesExcellent data storytelling and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex analytical concepts into clear and actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven experience in working with global teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
• Proficiency with LOD, Calculated Fields, Table Calculations, good to have Salesforce knowledge
• Strong problem-solving abilities, with the capability to think analytically and strategically to tackle complex business challenges
• Self-driven and motivated, with a passion for leveraging data and analytics to drive business success
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior leadership

A passion for financial inclusion and access to higher education is a must, as well as comfortable working with a global team across multiple-time zones and sites!

In addition, you should be comfortable working in a fast growth environment, meaning a small agile team, fast-evolving roles and responsibilities, variable workload and tight deadlines, a high degree of autonomy, and 80-20 everything.
