Artificial Intelligence Intern (NLP & Generative AI)

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced AI Engineer to join our team and play a pivotal role in developing a cutting-edge chatbot with WhatsApp integration, sentimental analysis capabilities, and seamless backend API development and integration. As an AI Engineer, you will be responsible for creating a high-quality chatbot that engages users intelligently while also managing the backend infrastructure and API integrations. Responsibilities:

Generative AI

• Develop and maintain a high-quality conversational chatbot that communicates with users
• Seamlessly integrate the chatbot with GPT-3 to enable natural and intelligent conversations.
• Implement sentiment analysis to understand user emotions and tailor the bot's responses accordingly.
• Create prompt engineering pipeline for our call auditing tool

Backend API Development:

• Design and build robust backend APIs to support the chatbot's functionality.
• Ensure the reliability and scalability of backend systems to handle user interactions efficiently.
• Manage and optimize database systems for data storage and retrieval.

Infrastructure Management:

• Oversee the Azure infrastructure required to host and deploy the chatbot, ensuring high availability and performance.
• Monitor and manage server resources, scaling infrastructure as needed to meet user demands.

API Integration:

• Integrate the chatbot's API with various external services and systems to enhance its capabilities.
• Collaborate with third-party APIs to enrich the chatbot's functionality and data sources

Testing and Debugging:

Conduct rigorous testing and debugging of both the chatbot and backend APIs to ensure they meet stringent quality standards.

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, AI, ML, or related fields.

Technical Skills:

• Strong knowledge of NLP, ML, and GPT-3.5, LLMs, Azure Infrastructure, Fast API
• Familiarity with sentiment analysis techniques and tools.
• Strong programming skills in languages such as Python
• Proficiency in designing and implementing backend APIs.
• Ability to write clean and well-documented code adhering to best practices.
