Position Overview
GovPro AI is looking for a motivated and resilient Business Development Rep to generate qualified leads in a highly responsive target profile. You will book outbound meetings through cold calls, emails, social outreach, and networking with potential customers. You will follow up and engage with inbound prospects (including C-suite/directors) who have enquired about the company's product or service.
Connection and response rates for this team are extremely high, giving ample opportunity to succeed for the right candidate.
Responsibilities
- Execute various outbound sales campaigns, favoring a lean phone- and social-first approach.
- Find new opportunities and tee them up for a meeting/demo with the Sales Team
- Qualify inbound leads from campaigns as sales opportunities
- Identify needs of potential clients, and challenge them on problems they may not yet recognize
- Accurately update, maintain and create leads, contacts and pipeline using the CRM system
We'd love to see:
- 0-2 years of sales experience, military background a plus
- Quick learner, curious, creative, and persistent
- High level of energy, enthusiasm, and ambition to work
- Experience using CRM tools like Hubspot and Social Selling leveraging LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Willingness to learn and improve every day to hone in on your skills as a BDR.
- Strong verbal and written communications skills
- A love for crushing goals
