Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled Consultant with expertise in Python programming, Generative AI/Machine Learning/Natural Language Processing (NLP), combined with a strong background in pharmaceutical analytics. This role demands technical proficiency, problem-solving skills, and effective communication to deliver impactful solutions to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement GenAI, ML, and Analytics solutions for the pharmaceutical industry.
• Translate client business needs into technical requirements.
• Apply advanced analytics to extract insights from large, complex datasets.
• Develop GenAI/NLP models to analyze unstructured data such as clinical trials, research papers, and social posts.
• Collaborate with data scientists to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Communicate technical concepts and findings to non-technical stakeholders.
• Stay updated on advancements in GenAI, ML, and pharmaceutical analytics.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members.
• Present findings and recommendations to clients and stakeholders.
• Manage client relationships and serve as a key contact on projects.
• Ensure timely project deliverables and status updates.
• Develop custom analyses using Python.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of relevant experience with a strong academic background in CS, data science and data analytics disciplines.
• Extensive pharmaceutical industry experience, particularly in analytics.
• Proven Python programming expertise.
• Hands-on experience with GenAI, ML, or NLP technologies.
• Proficiency in database management and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
• High motivation to self learn, adaptability, and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Proven track record in managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines.
• Experience with cloud-based analytics platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
