SetuServ is a text analytics firm focused on building Voice of Customer (VoC) solutions using Natural Language Processing (NLP) and curation. These VoC solutions derive actionable insights that clients can use to "close the loop" with their customers and to make strategic & operational improvements. SetuServ has successfully applied this with 20+ clients on a variety of textual data sources such as Net Promoter Score (NPS)/survey "open" ends, social media comments, reviews and in-bound complaints.

SetuServ's offering was demonstrated at the Text Retrieval Conference (TREC), and is proven to produce as accurate outputs as those of the professional curators of National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST). SetuServ has given tech talks at Google and Yelp. SetuServ is the winner of the prestigious 2014 TiE50 Hot Startup Awards.
